Sally Goas has been a West Shore Meals on Wheels Volunteer since 1989. Currently she is a delivery driver, an intake volunteer and a day chair, but in the years she has volunteered she has done almost every job we have, including a delivery runner and a two time past President. When we asked Sally why she has given so much of her time to West Shore Meals on Wheels, she said that she does it because it is such an absolutely necessary service and besides, it gets her out of the house!
We’re grateful that Sally has chosen to give so much of her energy and support to our organization – she is an essential member of our Meals on Wheels family.
